Events for the 2009/2010 season
 

Saturday 24 July. Garage door painting. 2.30pm. Club car park.

Our garage doors in the club car park need painting. Chairman Nick and the committee urge you to come along at 2.30 with a paint brush. Paint and tea and biscuits will be provided and so that you can eat and drink and enjoy the BBQ in the evening with a clear conscience, why not do a bit of painting first.

Saturday 24 July. BBQ. 7.30pm. Club garden.

The Embers will be alight at 7.30 ! Bring your own meat, fish or veggie burger to cook on the hot charcoal and salads and desserts will be waiting for you. Our BBQ's are always very relaxed, sociable and immensely enjoyable. Only £5 required on the night. But it would be most helpful if you could e-mail derek.beaney4@ntlworld.com or phone 0208 398 6470 ASAP after July 8th so that we have an idea of numbers.

Saturday 14 August. Walk & Pub lunch. 10.00am. Meet Club Car park.

Walk and eat.......... but probably not at the same time. We will gather in the club car park at 10am on Saturday 14 August and condense into a few cars then set off for the chosen walk with a pub lunch part way round.

Thursday 19 August. Directors Meeting. 8.00pm. Clubhouse.

The committee would like to invite any members interested in directing - even if it is just a small thought at
the moment - to come and discuss and share ideas for the future. Last years meeting was very productive and
helpful so don't hold back, come along to join in the discussion or just listen. At the clubhouse 8.00pm, 19th August.

Tuesday 31 August/Wednesday 1st September. Auditions for Jekyll and Hyde. 8.00pm. Venue to be confirmed.

Colin Clyde will be holding auditions on Tuesday 31st August and Wednesday 1st September at
8.00pm. The venue is to be confirmed but expected to be in the Church room at the Catholic church on the Hampton Court Way. Please come on one or both nights. See here for cast details.
